All Abilities Activity Club Mission
Our mission is to ensure that youth of all abilities in our community, ages 1–22, have equal access to recurring activities that promote social, educational, and physical well-being—just like any other extracurricular opportunity available to their peers. We are committed to fostering inclusion, supporting healthy development, and helping prevent chronic conditions through engaging programs designed for every child. We also strive to keep participation affordable, accessible, and comparable in cost and availability to other community extracurricular memberships and subscriptions.

Inclusive Activities in Our Community
Welcome to the All Abilities Activity Club and Fun-atomy classes! These programs were created with the belief that health, wellness, and inclusion should be accessible to every child and family. Just as I bring compassion and expertise into my clinical practice, I bring that same dedication here—where learning, movement, and community come together to foster lifelong positive health outcomes.
The All Abilities Activity Club is designed to provide safe, inclusive opportunities for children of all abilities to learn, grow, and thrive. Each session combines enrichment, skill-building, and supportive peer interaction, helping every child participate fully while developing confidence, resilience, and joy in movement.
Fun-atomy builds on this foundation by blending education with play—teaching children and families about the body, health, and prevention in ways that are fun, hands-on, and memorable. These classes connect knowledge with action, empowering families to take charge of their wellness journey while promoting early habits that reduce the risk of chronic disease.
Together, these programs go beyond traditional health education—they open doors to inclusion, opportunity, and connection, ensuring that every child and family has the tools to achieve meaningful participation and better health.
