Refund Policy

All Abilities Activity Club is committed to providing inclusive, engaging programs and community-based activities for individuals of all abilities. The following Refund Policy outlines our terms related to event registrations, program fees, merchandise, and services.

Program Fees & Event Registrations

All program enrollments, activity registrations, and club event sign-ups are considered final sales.

  • If you are unable to attend an event or activity, you may request a transfer of your registration to another eligible participant, pending approval by our team

  • No refunds will be provided due to non-attendance, personal schedule conflicts, or last-minute cancellations

Merchandise & Services

All purchases of merchandise or add-on services (e.g., caregiver support, transportation, materials) are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or defective

  • Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement of equal value within 7 days of delivery

Digital Materials & Subscriptions

All digital resources, downloadable materials, or subscription-based offerings are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Cancellations by All Abilities Activity Club

If we must cancel a program, event, or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, low enrollment, or staffing limitations), you will be given the option of:

  • Receiving a credit for future use, or

  • Transferring to another session (if available)

We will not issue cash refunds unless otherwise required by law.

Legal Disclaimer

All Abilities Activity Club operates under Victorious Prestige Wellness and Advocacy Services LLC, a private entity and not a nonprofit organization. Payments made are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
