GENERAL AAAC /VPF ATTENDANCE POLICY/ RSVP POLICY
Effective Date: August 7, 2025
This policy applies to all indoor and outdoor All Abilities Activity Club events—whether
free or paid—including, but not limited to: health education soccer class, basketball
class, playground activities class, art class, Fun-Atomy education class, cooking
classes, social skills class, life skills class, and any other health-related sessions.

ESA Registrants Only. Registering monthly is free, to allow access in this platform, however the price for the monthly subscription of All Abilities is $150.00 USD and will be billed retroactively per ESA guidelines. At the end of each month, you will be sent an invoice for the month of seat occupancy, attendance or lack there of, to meet your child where they are. This $150.00 USD purchase is for one calendar month of groups or space held for attendance as your child's health permits.
