Program Description
Participants enjoy an inclusive visit to the Porter County Fair, where they explore agricultural exhibits, livestock barns, educational displays, local vendors, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions while building independence, confidence, and social connections. Through hands-on learning and community engagement, participants develop life skills, reinforce developmental and therapeutic goals, and gain a greater appreciation for agriculture, nutrition, local traditions, and healthy active lifestyles. Activities are adapted to support individuals of all abilities in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
